There are many places in the Bible where we see wisdom mentioned. It tells us that wisdom is important (Proverbs 4:7, 8:11, & 16:16). The Bible tells us where it comes from, too! Wisdom isn’t something you’re just going to have, it is something you get over time.
Where does wisdom come from? God Himself. Job 28:20-28 & 38:33-37; Psalm 104:24 & 136:5; Proverbs 2:6-7
How do you get wisdom? By listening to and respecting God, and listening to wise people that He puts into your life. Psalm 111:10; Proverbs 1:7, 9:10, 10:13 & 31, 15:31-33, 29:15
But remember, wisdom is something you have to desire and work at. Proverbs 17:16, 18:1, 23:4 & 9
