I was looking through some older notes I have and found a lot on truth. Here we go!
Truth is what God says, and He never changes His mind. This means truth is absolute and unchangeable.
Truth is what is. Reality, if you will. You can say things about truth, but you can’t change it. You can pretend it doesn’t exist, but it does whether you like it or not. Truth is not subject to your feelings or opinions! Truth exists outside your emotion.
Truth is not stagnant, it is permanent. It is an unchangeable standard.
In John 14:6 Jesus said that He is the way, the truth, and the life. Do you want to get to God? Do you want to be reconciled with Him? Jesus is the only way. He is the only truth. He is the only life.
The truth is very narrow. But anyone can know it.
