Stop and breathe several deep, deep breaths. Talk with God about the problem(s). Scream into a pillow if you need to. Go for a run, a brisk walk, or do some other exercise to get out the pent up energy.

Jesus did not promise us lives of ease, but He did promise to walk with us through it all.

Thankfulness is the cure for many a bad attitude. A nap and a snack are the cure for a few other ones.

Find the good and praise it.

You don’t have to prove someone else wrong in order to do what you know is right.

This time in your life could be your answer to that prayer for patience. You’re gonna be so patient by the time God’s done working with you on this!
