Sometimes in life you will have a lot of good, godly friends around you. Sometimes you will not. Sometimes you will be surrounded by people both good and bad. At other times you will be alone.
But if you are a child of God, you are never completely alone.
God is your Master, yes, but He is your Friend, too. While He also gives you other friends, there will be times when God says you need to be apart from friends. Sometimes you need to learn that God will always fulfill you, regardless of other friends. Sometimes you need to let go of bad friends before you can have good ones. You may need to be apart for a different reason entirely that I don’t know. Whatever the reason is, there are lessons you can only learn alone with God.
Friends are good, and can help you grow in godliness. God can and does give you friends. Ask Him and He will give you some very good friends. You may not have them right away, but God will send them exactly when you need them. But sometimes God says you just need some one-on-one time with Him, and that is good.
