Perusing my notes again, I found some good advice that causes me to look a bit deeper at myself.
We all spill out in our lives that with which we are filled.
The Bible was not written for you to be happy, it was written for you to be holy!
Who you love reveals your spiritual parentage. Who you love is evidence by your giving. Who you love is a matter of obedience to God. Who you love gets down to a choice. Who you love is motivated and empowered by God.
No one becomes more righteous by counting another’s sins.
God doesn’t want to be a part of your life; He wants to be the center of it!
You must talk to God about men before talking to men about God.
We are not to stay the same. Let God make you better. We are to always be changing. We also need to let others change.
What matters is not how long we have walked with Jesus, but how close.
