You’ve probably prayed for God to keep you from having too little money. But have you ever asked God to keep you from having too much money?

In Proverbs 30:7-9, a man named Agur prays for just enough. He asks God to give him enough, to give him his set portion for each day. He asks God to keep him from too little wealth so that he won’t feel like he needs to make a wrong decision, thereby harming his walk with God and his testimony before others. But before that he asks God to keep him from too much wealth so that he won’t feel or act like he doesn’t need God.

God has a beautiful and grand way of giving us just enough, especially when we ask for it. So may we all be content with God’s daily appointment for us.
