I’m not always sure if kids do it on purpose or not, but they say some pretty funny things! In the past few weeks I’ve heard a claim to breathe underwater, and the phrase, “Close, but no potatoes!” This phrase was picked up by another child who says, “Close, but no potatees!”
When the kids were asked about their favorite vegetables, one answer was “potato tots.”
Just last night one of the little boys said, “God’s house is going to stink.” When asked why, he said, “Because I tooted!”
Ironically, for the last half of the night we couldn’t figure out who else was making the room smell bad…
