God doesn’t need eyes in the back of His head, He just knows where we are all the time. He saw us “sneak” off.
Serving God is never part-time. It is a full commitment. Since Jesus is Lord, we should act like it.

Christian Practice and Exercise: Prayer and Bible reading are sometimes like practicing a skill, brushing your teeth, and exercising. You must do these things frequently, regularly, and consistently to gain the benefits. While you can get benefits from prayer and Bible reading right away, sometimes you may find them tedious or boring, so keeping at them will gain you more in the long run.
