Sore Muscles

Sometimes after you have a good workout or even just some good physical exertion, you get sore muscles the next couple days. It makes you not want to move around much, but moving around is exactly what will help you feel better! Keeping the blood flowing and the muscles moving and stretching will work out the soreness, and the more exercise and stretching you do over time, the less likely you’ll be to get sore each time.

Sometimes life is like that. You do the right thing but it’s hard, and it makes you tired. You get spiritually sore, and you don’t want to move much more. But continuing to exercise and stretch your faith and obedience to God is exactly what will work out that soreness! Continuing to exercise and stretch your faith and obedience to God will make you stronger. Keep doing the right thing, and over time you won’t feel as sore.
