Sometimes you just need to stop and remember. Really think about what you have and why you have it. Be grateful for the people who sacrificed their own freedoms, conveniences, and lives to secure these things for you.
Thinking about this makes me wonder: How much would I give up to secure the freedom of another? How much would I give, where would I go, and what would I do to ensure freedom and security for those who would come after me?
