You might feel like you have to choose between the devil you know and the devil you don’t, but you can simply tell both devils, “No.”

Purposefully surrounding yourself with healthy things makes it easier to reach and access healthy things.

You don’t have to be passing someone to know you’re going fast enough.

You don’t have to have both hands full to have enough.

If your hands are already full, you can’t pick up something else. If you try, you’ll likely drop what you already have.

Sometimes your hands are full so you can share what’s in them with others. Sometimes your hands are empty so you can receive what someone else is sharing with you.

You can’t hold on to two things going in opposite directions. You must let go of one or both.
